14-day money-back guarantee

Paddle Pay is a one-time purchase of $997. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No questions asked.

After 14 days

Purchases are not refundable after 14 days, except where the law requires otherwise. There are no recurring charges to cancel.

How to request a refund

Contact us (IR Solutions · Muzaffargarh, Punjab, Pakistan) with your order number, or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Payments you take from your own customers

Refunds for products you sell through your own Paddle account are governed by your own refund policy and Paddle's terms, not this policy.
